All items shipped are tracked, some items may require you to pay duties before customs releases the goods. If you do not pay and the items are returned, there are no refunds and you will have to pay for shipping again.

We suggest using your company address where possible to ensure deliveries are received. If no one is at your home during business hours your package may be lost or stolen, please ensure you have a safe location for delivery.

If there is an option to restock your goods, a restocking fee of 30% of order value will be incurred.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a warranty refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
