In the rare event that you may need to return or exchange your purchased product, we want to make the process as simple and efficient as possible.
Please take care to ensure you keep them in new condition, with all the original packaging.
Ensure they are re-packed as they arrived & with care in maintaining the original shape.
If they are not resalable or received by SuperFly Pro in original, as new condition they will not be accepted.
You may return your product to SuperFly Pro only.
For a full refund of the purchase price (excluding delivery costs). Products must be returned to us within 30 days of purchase with the appropriate paperwork.
All of our products are covered by a 3-month manufacturing error warranty. Any damage to the items outside of the warranty period will not be deemed as a manufacturing fault.
We can only refund the credit/debit card originally used for payment.
For goods received that are faulty and un used, please contact us and provide photos and information stating the order number and nature of the problem.

Unless we have sent you damaged or faulty goods, we regret that delivery costs cannot be refunded to you.
We recommend that you return your product via a guaranteed delivery service, and/or obtain a proof of postage as we cannot be held liable for any goods lost in transit to us. The items are your responsibility until they reach us.
